hi, my twins are 20 months old can I give them gosts milk once a week?

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy1 Year agoA. Hai good morning !! As babies are one year + you can introduce animals milk but check suitability even cow milk,buffalo milk ,some might have digestion issues so check once before introducing.
If any motions,allergy,rashes then avoid giving that food item either milk ,pulses,diary products,nuts,eggs...
