Hi, My Twin Babies are 2 yrs old now but weight of both of them is 10-11kg is this normal? delivered in 7th month so both are premature babies.

A. Hello, your twin babies are 2 years old and if their weight is 11 kg then it’s okay but give them high protein and nutritious food items and dry fruits

A. I feel It's OK. Kids after a year they gain weight slowly You can give avocado puree. You can give bananas thrice a week and you can also include potato thrice a week, ragi can be given. Feed frequently. Try to feed for longer duration that would Hep n weight gain
