hi my sonhas taken extra dosage of syrup xyzol (levocetrizine and dichloride 0.50medicine is that any serious problem of taking too much of dosage as of now he is ok

Yes it is completely alright there is no problem with that as your child has only taken an antiallergic which was little extra that your child has taken it is not going to create any negative impact of the child as it is very acceptable as per the current age of your child
