A. regular full cream can be given. the thing is that at this age you can go for any type of milk for the child and it can be either formula milk or packet milk or powder milk or animal milk that is either buffalo milk or cow's milk for your child. initially you will have to offer outside milk in small quantity and if the child is tolerating that amount then gradually you can increase the quantity of milk but if the child is not tolerating then kindly change the type of milk you are giving . (when you boil the animal milk and then cool it you can remove the upper layer of fat and it becomes a toned milk)

A. For a 6-year-old child, it is important to choose milk that is both nutritious and safe. When traveling to Delhi, you have several options for quality milk: 1. **Amul**: - Amul offers a variety of milk options, including full cream, toned, and double toned milk. Their milk is widely available and considered high quality. 2. **Mother Dairy**: - Mother Dairy is another reliable brand that offers various types of milk, including full cream, toned, and cow milk. Their milk is easily accessible in Delhi. 3. **Nestlé A+**: - Nestlé A+ provides ultra-high temperature (UHT) treated milk, which is safe, long-lasting, and convenient for travel. This milk does not require refrigeration until opened. 4. **Organic Options**: - If you prefer organic milk, brands like Organic India and Pride of Cows offer high-quality organic milk, though these may be less widely available and more expensive. 5. **Parag Milk Foods**: - Brands like Gowardhan and Go, part of Parag Milk Foods, offer various types of milk that are also good options. When choosing milk, consider the following tips: - **Nutritional Content**: Ensure the milk provides adequate calcium, vitamin D, and other essential nutrients for your child's growth. - **Packaging**: For travel, UHT milk or milk in tetra packs is convenient as it does not require immediate refrigeration. - **Accessibility**: Choose a brand that is easily available in the area you will be staying in Delhi. It's also a good idea to consult your pediatrician if you have any specific dietary concerns or requirements for your child.
