Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 10 m old boy1 month agoA. Hello! There should be a minimum weight gain of 400 to 500g per month in the first few months. Baby should be doubling birth weight by 6 months and triple by one year. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby on demand
