Q.
hi my son vedaang he is 1 year 26 days and his weight is 9 kgs . my doctor told me stop feeding don't give too much milk give solids but difficult to spot my feeding give me the solution what I should do now

ExpertKanika AroraNutritionist4 years agoA. hello dear do not satisfy the Hunger with breastfeed alone maintain proper gap try to eat with the child and include all food groups and give three proper healthy home cooked meals to the little one also include fruits between breakfast and lunch for the child
