Hi my son nam abhinav age 3.6 he is not talking not responding to us and he is not asking any thing he want we have consulted Bindu nuro hospital she suggested occupational and speech therapy 4 months completed no improvement kindly suggest best doctors and therapy centres in AndhraPradesh

A. you should get proper follow up with your doctor and also even try at home to spend more time with your baby and talk to them and play according to their choice give more of toys
