Hi My son is 7.5 months old He spit ups the milk very frequently We burp him well too Is it a matter of concern ?

if a child seems happy and comfortable then no need to worry.
offer small and frequent feeds.
burp your baby in between and after each feeding.
as you are nursing mother, eat easy to digest food.
