Hi my son is 5 month old. He had regular bowel thrice a day frequency but since last 10days he has been passing stool every 3or even 4th day. Is it normal or do I need to consult a paediatrician.

A. Constipation in Babies less than 6 months is very common and more in formulanu fed babies. you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in propjer dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age
