hi. my son is 3yesrs 10mon old. he had fever nd had come down. and started cough . and we travelled to native . after reaching he started to vomit after each meal. what should be done ,??

A. Hie, your baby boy is 3.9 years old and he is vomiting after giving him feeding every time so he has a indigestion and needs lanzol junior sachets twice a day before food and syrup phenargan 10 ml
