hi my son is 3 yr old.and his weight is 12.45 kg dr. prescribe SIOPLEX- L syrup for weight gain.can i give him this medicine? is this safe?

A. Child is actually just 1 kg kilo kilogram underweight I don’t think so there’s any need to be giving medicine to gain weight but if your doctor suggested would be good and healthy only if you think that this is going to be good to gain the weight of your child with the help of a medication then you can proceed because as soon as I know medicines don’t help in gaining weight but you can try there is no problem
