Q.
Hi My son is 3 yr 4 m old ..since the last 5 days he has loose motion around 3-4 times a day and vomits 3 times in the past 5 days … Also he is not interested in eating since these days … plzz suggest what to do ??

Loose motion are most ojof the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

Zincovit supplement you can go ahead with giving your child but apart from that you please consult your doctor radio dial is having indigestion or food poisoning which is why both the things are happening she is better for you to cross check with your doctor for sure
