Q.

hi, my son is 3 years old ,he is having iron level as 5 and he is getting very bad leg cramps during nights though he is taking iron supplements

A. if your child is having hemoglobin level of 5 definitely the child is suffering from severe iron deficiency anaemia it needs proper evaluation so consult your doctor at once regarding this
