hi my son is 3.7 years old and he has had a continuous dry cough for the last 6 hours and is not even able to sleep.plz suggest some home remedies

A. give him lots of water, give steam inhalation adding salt or use nebulization. you can give syp honitus to relive from dry cough. give incline sleeping position
