Q.

Hi , My son is 23 month now. last three days he is not having any kind of food. he is drinking milk lone.. it makes me worry. am begging him to eat but he is not hearing. please suggest me any solution. thanks.

A. Provide food with a variety of color , texture, and shapes Always serve food warm rather than hot n cold Searve the child same food the family eating Provide a mix food n new food It will take a while, but don't give up.kid will start eating well. Sit down with your plate when you are feeding your kid.... It will encourage her to see that you are also eating the same food
