Hi, my son is 22 months old. He enjoys throwing things, he does head banging frequently, tow walking aggressive, gets frustrated, responds a bit late to his name, is moody. speaks only amma and bye. kindly suggest what is the issue and solution.

A. it is important to rule out developmental issues with your child so kindly visit your doctor who will assess the growth milestones as well as development assessment of the child and will tell you whether any therapy is required or not
