Hi, my son is 20 months old, but he is still not taking solids. He is still dependent on Grinding semi solid food. Is it normal? How should I introduce Chapati and Veggies to him. #asktheexperts

A. After completing the time of nine months you can give rotis to the child and you’re meant to give it in the same way as we eat just that you can smash it properly and you can make it so soggy and some pulses of vegetable so that your child is easily swallowing it and this age after age of 20 months if your child is eating semisolid or mashed food it is not good for the child you have to change the habit of your child
