Q.

hi, my son is 2 years 7 months my worry is he will not chew his food.. he don't show any interest still he wants smash n feed. plain rice he chews if I add anything he don't chew he needs smash plz mummy's help me.. chapati biscuits snacks he chews

A. helo try to change the habit slowly.. you can try changing the food consistency from smash food day by day so the baby will be able to make changes accordingly and slowly will get used to it but this can take time and you also sit along with the child and teach your child to chew
