hi my son is 1.3 years old. he has fever i am giving calpol paracetamol drops 1.5 ml . he is 11 kg weight . ppl say v can give calpol 250 syrup after 1 year

A. yes .after one year you can give calpol syrup that is also 250 mg which is a good strength you can repeat every 6 hours if fever is not going or coming again
