hi..my son 3months old, am giving only vitamin d3 drops and colicaid drops daily..not giving any other syrups except these two..do I need to give any other drops.pls suggest.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. if the weight of the child is within normal limits and the child is taking breastfeeding properly then there is no need to give any type of medicine to the child except vitamin d which has to be continued till 6 months of age

Other drops like iron, calcium to be given only if prescribed by the doctor. Otehriswe no need to give. Exclusive breastfeed ur baby till six months. Take care
