A. hi dear , have a balanced diet which has variety of food groups especially sources of iron , calcium , folate , healthy fats , protein egg fatty fish , green leafy veg , sprouts legumes beans nuts oilseeds , low fat milk n milk products , yellow orange fruits , lemon water
