Hi , My one of breast milk flow is more and my baby is finding difficult to swallow and give a pause while drinking..so if I extract a milk ..how much ml I should extract ..

A. You can express the best feed if you want you can take about 30 to 40 ML in a time because that’s a minimum appetite a child has in this age further you can also use a nipple shield as that also helps a lot in regulating the flow of the milk
