Hi. My LMP was 31st August, 2024. I should be 8 weeks 3 days today but last week my ultrasound showed me 2 weeks behind and no fetal pole only the gestational sac. I'm having light brown spotting and mild cramps since yesterday but no period since my LMP. Am I still pregnant? My doctor suggested for a tvs ultrasound for today to check. Should I go for it? #asktheexpert
