Hi my little one is 4 months old she is on breastfeeding her pee count and activites are excellent she poops once in 3 to 4 days.. My concern is she is not gaining weight at all what could be d reason for every month she is gaining only 500 grams not more than that.. What could be d reason

A. I parent your kids 3 months old on exclusive breastfeeding, passing urine and stools adequate ly, only concern is wt gaim, as long as baby active , no need to worry, direct breat fed babies gain wt less compared to formula feed babies, may try giving dbf and additional ebm via palada to the baby
