hi, my little boy is 4 years old he is suffering with pain in neck when swallowing water or food , whether it is cough or not and please suggest me the medicine also

A. In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out tnfhe exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .
