hi my kid is suffering from stomach pain and loose motions from morning he also has 1 instance of vomiting in the evening today

Could be due to digestion related issues could be due to food poisoning they could be anything so you have to check with your doctor mostly is looking like a stomach infection only but it’s better to check with your doctor for further medication to be given
