Hi,my kid is 3.3 yrs old and he got fever suddenly with 101 temperature. Can I use 5ml of fepanil 250 mg at every 6 hours.

A. need some tests also baby on touch can have warm sole forehead and is a normal thing . Temperature above 99 farenheit at armpit level is considered as fever and needs medicines .  Can give calpol / Sumol / T 98 for fever and can be repeated every 6 hours . if fever does not subside with paracetamol and persists for more than 2 days then you need to consult a doctor for examination to know cause of fever .
