Hi.. My is getting 10 month old I want to know what to feed her more things in solids because she doesn't have milk much.?

give her soft to liquidy foods
mix vegetables dal khichdi blends
soft parathas mashed and dipped in dals
ragi rawa pech
mashed potatoes Bananas sweet potatoes
fruit puree

After the age of 10 months you can go ahead with giving each and every thing to the child what ever you are traditionally cooking at home that’s right food to be given with all the spices including chilli powder into the food that you are giving and salt as well
