A. Dear mum, based on birth weight of 2.8 kg, weight of 7.6 kg is a normal weight for 10 months old baby, do not worry. For healthy weight gain, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Give milk products like curd, paneer, cheese and continue to breastfeed. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food. Add ghee to every meal.
