hi my girl baby 3 years old, given her one time crocin 240 suspension syrup in for fever, but not relief. please suggest what can I do?

A. baby is more than three years of age continue crocin and cold sponging of the baby Fever in the baby is because of the response of the body to any foreign infection there will be rise of temperature to fight against the infection treat the baby with paracetamol only if the temperature is more than hundred degrees Fahrenheit
