Hi my daughters is 4 years old I got her ears piercing its around 1 month but still redness n yellow pus like discharge is come I used soframycine but no improvement plzzz suggest something

A. see it can br an infection in ear piercing. so you can show the baby to a pediatric doctor who will check and find the right diagnosis and treat well. ok
