hi my daughter is having cold. From yesterday inside her right side nose has swelling as attached. what is that? please advise

A. Did you running nose and allergy sometimes this kind of situation can happen but it would be good for you to get an assessment done by your doctor physically once once they are going to examine they will be able to help me with proper treatment for your child
