Q.

Hi, my daughter is getting her permanent tooth but the milk tooth hasn't fallen out. so the new tooth is erupting behind and the front tooth falls down and later the new tooth comes in the front. She is getting her 2nd new tooth. When this process starts and until the old tooth falls down, she faces some difficulty in pronouncing certain words. is there any solution to this?
