hi my daughter is getting fever again and again

n the fever is not getting down after giving paracetamol and after 1 hr i m giving her meftal too then only fever comes in control

this process is going on from yesterday night continuously why this happened don't know the reason

please advice why this is happening

kindly give paracetamol for fever and it is given according to the weight as well as according to the power of paracetamol medicine you are having.
whether higher medicines (ibugesic / meftal-p)are required or not will be told by the doctor.
keep the child in cool environment and avoid using woolen clothes whenf the child is having fever
armpit temperature of hundred or more is considered as fevert
do body sponge and give plenty of water to drink and easily digestible food.

The fever generally can rise again within 4 to 6 hours so you can repeat the medication if it is required but if it is constantly happening then it would be advisable for you to one time can you check with your paediatric
