Hi my daughter is 9th month running. can I give her,home made dates syrup instead of sugar in her meals ?

A. Hello mom yes definitely you can give it to the baby that is a very good alternative for refined white sugar also other alternative would be jaggery as well too

A. yes .. have been giving my baby home made dates syrup instead of sugar from her 8th month onwards
