hello doctor my child is 2 years old can I use lion dates syrup in milk instead of sugar to my child how much quantity should I use in a day for my child pls suggest me docter my child use to eat 5-6 dates sometimes is it ok

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. hi.. you may add.. but i would advice to avoid taking dates, date syp woth milk , as this might hamper iron absorbtion ehich is present in dates.
