give only breastmilk till completion of Six month and feed in upright position and burp inbetween and after feeding session and give colicaid drops thrice a day. 
you can add colimex drops twice a day for three days

For certain days but the one I’m suggesting this medicine that you can give on an every day basis as well to the child about maximum four times in a day so I believe this is going to be a right choice and yet if your child does not feel it or still crying then you will have to get a check with the doctor then
