Q.

Hi , My daughter is 3 years old. How many times I can give her meal and milk ? Please tell me ?

A. Hello mom the child should by now can be give 3 Main meals and two time snacks and about 2 to 3 times you can give milk it also varies how much quantity is given to them and also now they should be given all usual family foods
