hi my daughter is 3 plus year old last 4 days she having fever and I consult a doctor he has given fepanil 250mg syrup rantop syrup polybin syrup we have started medicine again she's got a headache and vomiting so please suggest me wat should I do

A. for the fever you are giving the medicine fine but the condition of the baby is not good and it need examination by doctor nearby for the proper examination and treatment
