Hi. My daughter is 3.3 years old. since 2 months she is been going to school and every week she is falling sick. she gets fever, cough and cold. cough is not gone since 1 month. I've been visiting pediatricians but she keeps getting the fever every week. please advise.

A. Hello, your baby girl is 39 months old and she is getting ill very frequently since she is attempting her school so mostly she is weak and you should increase her immunity

A. Monsoon season comes with different kind of challenges for the children they need some special care because the climatic changes can cause some illnesses specially infective diseases so special care is required to mainyytain a proper hygiene and to build a good immunity for the children specially vaccination eg help A typhoid flu vaccine is imprortant which can prevent perticular disease .
