Hi my daughter 4and half ye old is COVID +I’ve but whenever she takes zincovit she has crsmps in stomach. Pls advice.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. most of the times the covid infection in small babies is negligible baby may not have anything except mild fever if baby is having any problem taking some medicine that is no need we should give it
