Hi my boy 4.5 month passing green poop and he is keeping his hands in mouth and saliva is coming out from is mouth so much. he poops day after day i give him breast milk also similac formula he is active no cold no fever passing urine normally should I have to worry

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Green colour Motion is normally seen in babies and mostly it may be due to lesgas feeding or formula milk feeding babies. If it is associated with mucous and foul smell in motion than there could be some infection.
