hi my baby is turning to 6 month old so what semi solid food shall I give and can I give ceralic n water

U And definitely give water to the child because it is the right time for you to introduce everything to the child whether it is water coconut water all other foods like fruits vegetables in form of cure of course vegetable soups also you can go for and you can give semolina Kheer Upma all these things are healthy to be introduced from the very beginning itself
