Hi, my baby is turning 6 months in next week and his weight is 5.2kgs. How do i increase his weight in next 6 months when we will start solids?

baby should gain atleast 500 gram per month and should double the birth weight by 6 months or less
prefer home food
consistency of food should be like that of ghee
give two times in a day and a few teaspoon
introduce one new food at a time
