hi, my baby is totally dependent on the breastfeed, so is it OK to practice fast on occasion like karwa chauth ? Would that affect the milk supply?

A. Hello dear parent! Not advisable as your baby is exclusively breastfed. Consult your doctor for further advice. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Good luck and take care.
