Hi my baby is premature and her weight was 1 kg at the time of birth and now she is 6.5 month old and her weight is only 5 kg as of now please suggest how to gain her weight...

A. hi, for babies breastfeeding is very good for the health and growth development. if u are breastfeeding include fish, meat, egg, papaya in your diet to increase proteins and minerals for breast milk. after six months you can start food such as cerelac, ragi and any other food which is easy for baby to digest
