Hi... my baby is passing loose stools not watery but ateast 5 times.. he is teething.. is this a cause of concern?

A. baby is more than one year of age and passing watery stool Please give zinconia syrup to the baby 5ml 2 times a day along with enterogermina tubes to avoid dehydration in the baby advisable to give adequate ORS coconut water and buttermilk
