Red Colour Rash over the body if present could be some allergy rashes which may be of sudden onset along with itching.
or it could be viral exanthematous rash where the the onset of rashes is there along with fever or assosiated symptoms. and it could be some infection also which needs prxoper examination.
Applicationn of calamine lotion or Anti itch lotion like Ritch lotion can be done  for soothing along with antiallergic medications initially.

Hello The singer mostly heat rashes and it’s very hot right now everywhere so I think probably that could be one of the reasons you can go ahead with using calamine lotion on the entire face of the child and with application of 2 to 3 times in a day I’m sure the rashes are going to subside over the period
