Hi my baby is having fever and drooling sometimes. i gave him calpol then fever subsides but after 5-6 hrs it again comes back.

A. zincovit syrup to the baby yhfor further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management
