Hi my baby is almost 1 year old now but for the last few days he has been farting a lot and whenever we try to feed him he is either puking out. we have tried different remedies but no result. any help

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. might be he has indigestion or acidity. Mix mint leaves juice in yogurt. Mix just pinch of black pepper ( it helps in the secretion of gastric juices).Mint is also used to combat stomach upset, nausea, vomiting, and colic in small children

But farting is completely normal you don’t have to give medicines for that but if the vomiting is persistent with the child that means your child is going through some kind of an in digestion problem for that you should go for medication to regulate the digestion of the child
